Transformed FCH into a national leader in sustainable, high quality affordable housing, including LEED Platinum developments, leadership in Indoor Air Quality, Vegetated Roofs and Integrated Design Process. Winner of national AIA Design and Sustainability Awards, 2009 AIA COTE Award and US Green Building Council recognition such as the Northern California USGBC “Super Hero” Award.

CITY OF SAN JOSE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY [1995-2000]

Principal Architect/Urban Designer

Led the Urban Design Studio in oversight of all Downtown Development including: City Hall Masterplan, Joint City/San Jose State Library, Biblioteca LatinoAmerica and Tech Museum.
Developed Design Standards for all Downtown Housing. Coordinated Downtown Public ADA improvements.
